Title: Rub or sauce for burnt ends?
Post by: Davescprktl on March 12, 2017, 03:22:15 PM
Going to cook a brisket point and make some burnt ends.  How do you guys top then?  Do you use rub,  bbq sauce,  or some other concoction?

I use both. After cubing and placing in pan I will rub, toss, sauce, toss.
