Huge thank you to @Neil_VT00 - he remembered a post I put up awhile back looking for an agent for a set of Weber knives, and alerted me to a BIN flea-bay opportunity. I grabbed it right after he informed me about it Saturday night, and it showed up today already!
This thing is quality! Carbon steel blade, hardwood handle, and has some heft to it. 13" from point to tang. I'll definitely be on the lookout for more from this set.

These are impressive knives for sure.
I happened upon the 11" carving knife from the essentials set a year or so ago and love the feel of it. Too bad Weber doesn't still offer knives of this caliber.
