I have a couple packages of chicken legs that I want for tomorrow. I am looking for something different. I will probably do the regular seasoning for the little kiddos but im open to suggestions for the second package.
I'm thinking a marinade of some sort........
Brine them , I'm doing almost all my chicken that way now when I have the time and on a Weber comes out like your eating butter.
I did my last batch with a blueberry pepper jelly glaze
I've made tandoori chicken it the past using hind quarters. Something different but very tasty
I think I might try the brining. Never done it before , but might try it with a few.
