Title: Any interest in this Weber booklet?
Post by: AZ Monsoon on February 28, 2017, 10:29:42 AM
This came in a donor kettle I picked up yesterday. Is it uploaded anywhere or is there any interest for it to be? It has a hole punched through the top left corner so I think it was attached to the kettle handle or something when originally sold. 31 pages. Grill was a 79.

you should post pictures of all the pages and we could get it stuck on the home page

It'd be fun to have a collection of these along with the Weber catalogs that are posted on the home page.  I have a similar 1980 cookbook PDF'd and ready to go if WKC wants to host it.

@Troy Do you have an interest in hosting these books in the catalog page?

I have a very similar one from the same era. It has some of the same exact photos that yours has. I didn't read each recipe, but most/all of them use MSG.

@Jason -  I noticed the same thing.  Season with Salt, Pepper, and MSG is all over the 1980 version

Pretty kool. And yup, MSG was a BIG ingredient back then. Great find!
