I have been wanting one of these for a year or two so this time when I say them at Harrisburg Sportsman Show I decided to by the Can Cooker Jr sized one. Wow I have used it three times and it less than an hour I have great food. The hot steam it produces just does an excellent job of cooking everything so quickly. I did a 3lb corned beef brisket last night and it was done in 42 minutes and 15 minute rest period before I took the lid off. Brisket was super juicy and tasted great.
I don't have an awning at my new Townhouse so part of the reasoning I bought The Can Cooker was so when I have bad weather and my family wants some good food and don't want to wait to long The Can Cooker comes in and makes short work of making great meals. Overall I'm very happy I finally pulled the trigger on my Can Cooker. ;D I have to say it was worth the money. 8)
