Title: Cleaning out the freezer 2

6lb turkey breasts on the roti.  Injected and rubbed and a maple Dijon glaze for it.  Pretty curious as this is my first time smoking with sugar maple.  (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170126/dc7e6d58754b85973d914bc5fa286f7c.jpg)I'll let you know how it turns out

I absolutely LOVE sugar maple! And dang, that looks wonderful!

Thanks Steve.  Had there ever been a STL meet up?  Just curious, seems to be a good amount of us on here
