This is happening right now in my house. Cold Saturday morning, kids, wife and myself bumming the morning away.
Smoked link sausage, bacon and smoked aged cheddar sandwich.

Hell yeah @thebigdawg77!!!! I think you just redefined the definition of Manwich!!!! I made Outback Steakhouse's Alice Springs Chicken two nights ago and shredded my smoked pepperjack for the cheese that smothers everything. It was an indoor cook so the addition of smoked cheese was money!
