Finally, I pulled the trigger on a wok. Been lusting after one for sometime, here we go. I got it from https://www.wokshop.com/newstore/product/wok-two-steel-handles/ (https://www.wokshop.com/newstore/product/wok-two-steel-handles/), the 18" one, which will fit nicely in the Weber gourmet grill. Hopefully, it will be here before Christmas. I also ordered the ring for inside use on the stove, and flax seed oil to season it.
Can't wait!!

Thanks! And the best part is, it's made here in the USA!! :)
Wok'ing on the grill is fun.
Looking forward to your cooks.

It will work great. I toss a wok in the gourmet grate hole all the time.

Thanks folks!
I toss lots of things in the Gourmet grate hole... not necessarily on purpose... Hopefully, this tool will help this fool :-)
The Wok Shop is also a great place to get Kiwi knives.
I have a vintage Weber Wok and have (so far) been able to keep myself from buying a smaller one like that. You're gonna love woking on your kettle.
