Title: Smoke for the turkey

What kind of smoke is everyone hitting the birds with?  I used black cherry last year and may do the same tomorrow.

Cherry. Only doing breasts this year. Taking it to my moms for a different flavor.

It was maple this year.  Very subtle and mild flavor.
