Nice looking set up.  Hopefully it all turns out great.

I dried my ribs out yesterday.  That was the first time I've done that since I can remember.  It's really in my head now.  I tried to grill today and put the food in the chimney and tried to cook the charcoal.

Ribs were awesome. Also did some chicken on Blake with a vortex and
Owen wing seasoning..
