Two days off and I got bored. So my Dad said well why don't you fire that smoker up and make me and your Mom some of them ribs for your so bored. So at noon I sent him a pic of them on the smoker and said be over when you get off work!!! He just replied with a

Wow...looks awesome. I assume the WSM is the 22"? Is 3 racks what you can get on each grate? Or is there room for 4 racks?

Yep, the 22" WSM. I think I've had 5 squeezed on the top rack. Maybe more if u really squeezed them and over lapped them.
