Title: A pleasant surprise
Post by: tspin818 on October 03, 2016, 07:07:14 PM
So I went to pick up a kettle that I found on offerup for next to nothing. Figured I might use it for parts. Opened the lid and found this sitting inside:

I have been wanting one of these for a new while.  My lucky day, and the kettle was in pretty good shape too!

I thought maybe this might have been a table:

That's all there was of it though.

Interesting, I recently bought a couple of older kettles that had weird brackets on one of the legs.  I was never able to figure out what they were for and didn't inquire any further.  They must've been the only remnants of long gone tables.

Thanks for the pics, very interesting.
