Butts are about 10 lbs each.  That on the side is a rack of baby backs. I had just put the ribs on in that pic. Got my charcoal lined up in a fuse pattern with chunks of Apple wood randomly placed.  Everything was seasoned last night and I also injected the butts. That's a first for me but thought I would like to try injecting. Been moping the butts with a vinegar based sauce about every hour. Gonna wrap them soon.
