Those look very tasty, and sounds like a great combination of flavor!
I've tried a slice of apple. And a grape at the bottom. How was the apricot? Cut the heat any?
How were they? I'd think this would be great with peach or mango as well.
The apricot adds a nice sweet to the heat of the jalapeño and does cut the heat slightly
