Title: Hot weather dinner
Post by: Bubblehead on August 25, 2016, 06:23:27 AM
It's hot this time of year and we try to eat lighter.  We made a steak salad the other night.  Not a lot of pics but it was tasty for sure.

And plated with a peppercorn Caesar vinaigrette...

Another mouth watering cook!!!!  Have you tried grilling romaine yet?  It's really good.  Cut in half lengthwise, drizzle with EVOO, salt, pepper, then let sit cut side up a few minutes so the EVOO can work through it.  Then grill over direct heat for a few minutes to get some char then eat!
