Title: Genesis Sea Bass
Post by: WEBERNV on August 07, 2016, 08:18:54 PM
I stopped by our local fish market Friday and picked up a pound of Chilean Sea Bass Friday. Prepared it with a simple marinade consisting of lime, cilantro, olive oil, and white wine. Grilled over direct high heat for about 5min per side. Topped it off with some fresh mango salsa I slapped together. I have done this with fresh halibut too and it was fantastic.

Only one pic due to the fact that it did not last long enough to be photographed more!

Great looking meal you have there! I'm a big fan of mango salsa on fish cooked like that.

I would agree definitely a little expensive at $25/lb but absolutely worth it. If it was more affordable I would put it in the weekly rotation.
