Title: Fajita night!
Post by: bstarr3 on August 07, 2016, 06:53:37 PM
I usually make fajitas with skirt, but the butcher had some nice prime flank steak, so I went with that instead. Marinated with olive oil, lime juice and a Carne Asada seasoning I bought in the "Latin foods" section. No pics of the meat on, but the  looked good finished!
