I decided to smoke 4 racks of ribs for my wife and a few friends today. Put the ribs on about 12:30 pm, and ended up taking them off at 6:45. I used the snake method and man did that work good. After talking to a few people on here I got the temperature under control and they turned out great. (Sorry for the pics, I was a little busy making the side dish of potatoes during the cook.
