I didn't take any before pics because I assume we know what raw meat and veggies look like. And to save time. Used my go to rub for pork McCormick Grill Mates Applewood rub. Tossed the red potatoes and broccoli in olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, Rosemary, and thyme. Left the foil pack loose on accident and the veggies got some nice char which was awesome. Nothing real special about this cook but I love my kettle and the things we can do with them.
