Title: Copper performer pulls duty in the heat
Post by: haeffb on July 23, 2016, 03:50:28 PM
96 degrees here today - hot!

Wait for the sun to go behind the trees, then the Copper Performer gets the call for some chicken thighs, asparagus and peaches.

91 here in central Ohio with heat index of  100. Personally a little too hot for me to grill but your cook looks awesome!

I see momma got her tomato mozz salad too! Looks real good man. I had ribs going on the 77' black this morning. Got her to 275 and she held there all day with little tweaking as it got hotter.
