I wanted a steak. We compromised.
Aldi actually sells some decent meat. Salt and pepper applied while the copper performer warmed up. Reverse sear. Sliced and served.

Lovely.. I like mine caprese style with basil, a pinch of sea salt and pepper, topped with balsamic. I'll have to try the Aldi steak. I have one near my house
I don't use basil, but sea salt, fresh ground pepper balsamic. Usually I add some sliced red onion, but didn't take the time today.
