Title: Teriyaki Salmon Skewers
Post by: javahog2002 on March 19, 2013, 09:01:01 PM
Tried out my new Fire Wires.

Marinate salmon, green onion, pineapple in teriyaki sauce.

Cooked on the maroon performer with a few burgers. Also, cooked asparagus in the basket on the gasser.

Everyone liked them.  The salmon was supposed to marinate 1-2 hours.  Would be better if I had time to do that tonight.
