Title: Chicken Thighs on my new redhead
Post by: Terry Filarecki on June 10, 2016, 08:04:39 AM
Here is my first cook on my recently acquired C code 18 inch redhead. I marinated the chicken in Italian salad dressing for about 2 hours before they went on the grill.
I used 1/2 chimney of KBB. Cook time was about 40 minutes. The skin was not Vortex crispy, but overall it was very tasty.
