Title: Nearly 3 inch thick NY Cut Sirloin
Post by: MikeLucky on June 06, 2016, 08:37:54 PM
NY Cut sirloin from the Sprouts butcher counter.

Cooked nearly 20 minutes on my Genesis... pulled when the middle hit 130.

I'll bet that was good - looks like a Tri Tip steak.
