Cooked some smashed burgers that i seen on the web that they used 2 oz. balls and put cheese between the two to make a 4 oz. burger turned out ok but next time i will make a 4 oz. ball to make a 1/4 # so it fits better on the bun and put cheese on after, it don't take long for the cook maybe a minute on a side because i have a infared that said the temp on the grill was 550.
