So I decided to use my cabelas burger press and try out the stuffed burger piece. I also was craving a few different flavors and had the ingredients. Win win for me!!!

Next up was a cheddar jack dill pickle cheeseburger. Forgot to take a picture, kids were hungry, wife was being impatient.

Blue jalapeño cheeseburger. A little under cooked, but I don't mind that. This burger was amazing. The heat from the peppers and the saltiness from the blue cheese just made it out of this world.

I prefer nothing on my burgers. No lettuce, no onion, no tomato, no ketchup. I will use a onion bun like I did with these though. I want to taste burger when I eat them. These didn't disappoint. Everyone was happy.

I love's me some Blue cheese on beef, looks great.
Blue cheese and jalapeño...sounds great!
Now I am sitting thinking about how I could have made it even better, I should have glazed it my jalapeño jelly. I then would have had sweet, salty, and heat.

Looks tasty, blue cheese is great with spicy peppers, really helps keep the heat in check. Great looking burgers
Ill take one of those jalapeño burgers please. 8)
