A little while back I donated my cooking services to a charity event auction . Last Saturday it was time to cook for the winning bidder and his friends and family .

Salad was a grilled romaine dressed with a balsamic reduction with a jalapeño cornbread

Not a lot of pictures I was running 4 grills and had to serve everything at the same time , hard work !
