These are the settings I used - it was running a bit hot (400) but easily got it around 325 with the the following vent settings.

I love it when I see you post something. That is such a bad ass grill!
Looking at those pictures with the high heat smoke coming out, it doesn't look like it leaks anywhere. What kind of seals are they using with it?

Huston bay beef spice from savory spice. This place is like penzey's, and a store opened up very close to where I live. I get most all my spices from here. This one is really good on prime rib, but is really nice even on burgers.
