Title: Caught some fillet mignonettes on sale today
Post by: feeshrman on May 15, 2016, 06:36:41 PM
They were in the bargain pile at Krogers. They were 2" thick and still had silver skin attached. I bought them for a song. Trimmed them, and got them on the Copper Performer with some RO natural lump and a little salt and pepper.
