Smoked up some simple peppered beef jerky on the WSM today. Forgot to take a smoke pic. Outta practice with the photo documenting. ;) Btw, it's yummy.

That looks great. What temp do you cook at for jerky? And what cut of beef?

@Jon I was shooting for 140 degrees but it ranged from 140-170 degrees. Took about 6 - 6 1/2 hours. This cut of meat is flank steak. 8)
