A couple of Tatonka Dust seasoned chuck eye steaks and shrimp with Mango preserves in cast iron cooking.

Chuck eye steaks getting a good sear while the shrimp and garlic toast cooks indirect.

Didn't really time them, I would guess only 15 to 20 minutes.

I think Chuck Eye Steak is often over looked. Most folks go with T bone, or Rib eye, but to me a good Chuck Eye makes an awesome meal. I prefer it, if I can find it local.
