I keep kettles locked up in my garage. really.
A thanks to Duke, wherever you are, for the trade deal that landed me a Lemongrass MT that's never been assembled. Until today, which seemed like a good day to agent a kettle and put one together. Thanks George! We miss you!
It's an odd unit. AU vent code, newer style wheels and clip on bucket. I thought they stopped making these earlier than that. (as usual, i'm wrong again!)
I used a reference kettle to show the height difference the MT's have vs older kettles. Most people don't care of just flat out prefer the older ones. That's cool, I'm glad we don't all like the same things all the time.

@Craig 's black beauty next to her. that clean up is going to take him all of 32 seconds if he goes to get a beer while doing it.

so i hope you enjoyed the pics! i hope to get a modern version of jeff's easter egg shot this spring.
if i can only find a nice blue wave MT before then, ah, a man can dream...
DAYUM! Those are BOTH sexy! I wonder if the old yellow Ochre from '62 is similar to the lemongrass. That '79 is smokin' with that orange peel.
PUMPED! Thanks again!
Glad that A code went to you guys. It was really trying to burn a hole in my pocket. Truly is a thing of beauty.
Man I love the lemongrass. Looks so much better in person than than the stock photos. Nice work Greg!
