Title: Turkey burgers
Post by: 3sSecurity on February 02, 2016, 02:33:34 PM
The wife is on a diet so we went healthy tonight. Nothing special, just ground turkey with some Italian breadcrumbs mixed in.

I used the reverse-reverse sear method (that's right, I seared them first then moved them to indirect to finish up)

And plated

My wife and I need to change some of our eating habits, so we will try turkey burgers next, @3sSecurity did you use egg in it also?

No eggs, just Italian flavor breadcrumbs to help it bind together and let the outside get a little crunch in it.
