Got one big ole eye for the wifey and myself tonight. Grilling some veggies and have the steak on indirect for now. I plan on finishing it in the cast iron skillet with some steak butter. Just did one myself, the other day. One of my favorite cuts for sure. Gotta try grilling the Texas toast again. I failed once and never tried again.
