Here is what I am up to today...
Got a bunch o' ducks last month - Ring Necks and Teal. Finally found time to get them on the Kettle with the Slow 'n Sear.
A buddy got a wabbit in his front yard with the Pellet Rifle I sold him and he brought it to me.
Bacon wrapped the wabbit and my Texas Rub on it under the bacon.
on the duck breasts, I used Simon and Garfunkel rub from Meathead. It was good on the turkey, so I figured I would try it on the ducks...

I love rabbit and duck and don't cook nearly enough of either.
I can't believe how dark the meat is on both the animals compared to farm raised stuff....
Yummm.....
Never had either looks good though

Looks good, the only way I've had rabbit is fried and stewed. Gonna have to give it a try.
