Pics will do most of the talking here guys but I did want to thank @LightningBoldtz for sending me the tasty Zip sauce! It adds some really nice flavour to the steaks

Also a shoutout to @AcrossFromHoss for putting me onto the Tiger sauce, and Mr @Winz for spoiling me with some more of my favorite alderwood smoked salt. Very generous of you sir!

Cheers Dude - Just ground beef, a small amount of bread crumbs, some Simply Marvelous Sweet Seduction rub for flavour, cheddar cheese cubed up small and bacon! I used the meat to cover/wrap 2 or 3 of the small cheese blocks and they actually held together very well!
The chocolate milk is more just a running joke ;) ... Although I do love me some chocolate milk!! ;D
