Title: Teriyaki Grilled Salmon
Post by: BBcue-Z on December 09, 2015, 02:32:33 PM
Got a whole Salmon and split it into 2 sections and decided to grill one section with Teriyaki glaze.

Fired up the grill and got the disc ready. This is my current favorite set up. I got the kettle on one side and the disc on the other with work area in between :)

Placed the salmon over direct fire after seasoning

Flip it over to finish cooking

And then applied the Teriyaki glaze

And the salmon was done, topped it with sesame seeds, scallions and lemon wedges.

Made fired rice on the disc

And Teriyaki veggies

The salmon was very tasty and the skin was nice and crispy :)

I've done the cedar shingle version, but I've never tried a whole plank before.  My GF is not big on fish, so I usually cook it when she's visiting her mom.

That's just daggone good looking ! !
