Title: Tatonka Dust goes to the World Food Championships!
Post by: MossyMO on November 22, 2015, 10:23:07 AM
Recently Chef Jed T. from France qualified to attend the World Food Championships in Kissimmee, Florida. A big thanks and congrats to Chef Jed from Owens BBQ for choosing Tatonka Dust seasoning for his entry in the steak category with a New York strip steaks, hot and fast seared on a cast iron griddle over a Weber chimney for a 10th place win at the World Food Championships!

That's neat. Cool technique using the chimney with a griddle. Tatonka Dust is the first bottled rub that I will actually order. I've only had the sample shaker that came with my Vortex, but when that is gone I'll get some more. With other rubs that I have tasted I've just decided that I would make my own.
