Title: Steak and potatoes
Post by: bigmikey on October 29, 2015, 04:31:00 PM
Bacon wrapped prime sirloin, a new York strip and some twice baked potatoes. All sprinkled with Tatonka Dust.  Filled vortex a little over half, smoked with hickory and cherry til 120 then seared.

Very impressive cook up bigmikey! Any chance you'd share the recipe on those twice baked? They look out of this world! ;)
