Title: Smoked sausage, sweet potato, stuffed portobello, and salad
Post by: austin87 on October 28, 2015, 09:13:09 PM
Long but easy cook. Used the vortex with RO lump. Sweet potato on first, then sausages after about 45 minutes, and the mushroom on another 30 minutes later. About 30 minutes later all done.

Mushroom with basil, red onion, garlic, and shredded mozzarella. Drizzled with some oil and balsamic vinegar. Forgot on the grill pics. Here's the plate:

Sausages were hot calabrese. Good meal. Thanks for looking.

Plate looks great!

One thing about winter coming on, can't get hardly any good grilling shots. I've got two partial cooks that I planned on posting, but never managed to get any action shots. It happens...

But another awesome creative cook!
