Title: Guess what's wrong with this 2002 Weber silver B
Post by: LostArrow on October 27, 2015, 12:23:37 PM
Saw on Craig's list.
Guy bought used & tried reworking.
Bought new burners, porceloin bars , & cast iron grates.
He got tired of it couldn't get heat adjusted the temp would rise on its on.
About two minute after I saw I figured out the problem & bought it cheap for parts.
Pic shows problem

A high pressure propane regulator had been put on this grill.
$13 gas grill regulator fixed
It's in really good shape , only part needed is new thermometer.
Took the cast iron grates from this & put on my redhead!
Put my porceloin steel grates & put on this.
Sold my deer camp spirit 500 to a hunting camp member who's been impressed by how well if cooks for what I bought this grill for & the regulator & moving the silver B to hunt camp.
