Post by: jamesnomore on October 19, 2015, 07:56:54 PM
This was really good, lots of great cedar smoke flavor in the fish.

Some fresh steelhead

A light dusting of @WNC rub. It's nice and sweet, great on salmon, not my first cook using it on fish.

I got some cedar planks at some point and don't know what happened to them. Probably buried in the garage. I'd love to find them because that looks great!

Looks awesome James! I love ceder planked salmon.
Glad you like the rub, never tried it on fish before, I'll have to give it a try.

Salmon looks awesome. I need to do that sooner than later. Also love the side. Can't argue the classic blue box.

Oh' man that looks really good! We cook salmon at least once a week but I have yet to do a cedar planked one.

I love cedar plank myself, sadly I left mine out and the rain destroyed them (mold).
