Title: 1st anniversary cook
Post by: Snowbeast on October 04, 2015, 12:50:54 PM
Today a year ago I got married.
Decided to do a quick reverse seat rump and tbone.
Wasn't in the mood for a crowd so just invited my wife's granny as she recently lost her husband.

Got this bad boy to keep my fire lighters

Was 40+deg celcius today so had a cold beer or two

A little blurry but it came out very tender. Really enjoying reverse searing steak. I find the trick is to brush them in Olive oil and meat rub just before the search.

Thanks gents. Just had leftovers for breakfast and to date it's the best steak I've ever eaten. Pulled apart it was so tender
