@Nate  Boneless, marinaded, skinless thighs ???    Calrose sticky rice.  And the showstopper, dried  seaweed  ...  where's the Kimchee ???                          SJ

@SmokenJoe Yep, boneless, skinless marinated thighs  smoked with peach wood.

I'm out of kimchee, that's why there isn't any on the plate.
