With the left over trimmings of the salmon fillet and some shrimp. I've learned you can soak the raw shrimp in crab boil seasoning then grill them and they taste awesome. (http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/30/f9ea6841f0d21f54970f11ae146fb67d.jpg)

Starting to really like this basket. It's convenient and easy to clean, flip everything in one swoop.
