Title: Italian Beef , Pepper Jack Mac and Cheese, Dump Cake

Dry rubbed a sirloin roast and wrapped overnight .

Smoked for about an hour with some apple wood then into a bath of au jus , carrots, celery and an onion .

Boiled some penne pasta and made a pepper jack cheese sauce , added some crumbled bacon

Baked until bubbling and topped with French fried onions and Parmesan cheese

For the dump cake just 3 ingredients
2 cans pie cherries
1 cake mix ( I used chocolate )
Butter
Dump in the cherries, dump the cake mix on top , drizzle with butter and bake at 350 for an hour

What are the round things in the second and fourth pic? I am assuming meatballs of some sort. Did you use them in this cook or are they for something else?

Wow that looks phenomenal! putting that sirloin roast over the veggies is a great idea
