Title: Annual? DO Chili

Has it been a year since I did this, odd coincidence...

Chopped some of the excessive smoked butt I had accumulated (sale @1.10 $ per #)

Sauteed onions, Jap-pepper, garlic & spices first this time:

Filling the pan wasn't that much for photos, an hour @ simmer & I burned some cornbread...

Hmm, pulled pork chili, never thought of that, sounds and looks great!
