Our kids have been away this week and work has been crazy for me and my wife has been painting our daughters room as a surprise for her 12th birthday.... Well long story short I was off today for the first time in over a week, we were both hungry and I needed some "Weber time" so for lunch today I made up some Italian meatball subs...
Grill for this midday meal: C code 22 red.

These were amazing! I used Paul Newman marina and Sargento brand cheese (my favorite store bought brand) thanks for looking!
That looks fruckin amazing! Nice work.
@Craig What pan/tray is that the subs are on?
The brand is "Just Grillin" it's a stainless steel veggie grill pan I got at Bed Bath & Beyond. They also sell them in non stick too but Im not a fan of non stick anything on a grill. The SS ones tend to sell out more first.
That looks fantastic, i want one!
Those look perfect! Love the color on the meatballs, almost as much as the deep red that kettle shifted to!
