Title: Carson Rodizio Brazilian rotisserie on my 26.75
Post by: FrozenTundra on August 04, 2015, 07:27:36 PM
This came today, set it up prepped the meat, loaded the skewers and we were eating 2 hours later :)
3" thick prime ribeye, smoked cheddar-wurst, bacon wrapped chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, veggies and some bread (was frozen just needed it to thaw and warm).
What a blast, I have a feeling this will get lots of use.

Its like having a Brazilian steakhouse in your backyard! Now you just need a gigantic salad bar and a red bandanna to wear around your neck while you slice the meat and serve your guests.

I'll have to wear the bandanna next time :)

This may be the most amazing cook on a Weber I have ever seen... out-frikkin'-standing!

Hi all,
There is a current kickstarter campaign for a new batch to be delivered in March.  You won't beat this price.  There's also a great Facebook group where owners post their cooks.

Kickstarter:  http://kck.st/1Ur7rJU
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/carsonrodizioplayers/

I own one and it's great to cook on.  Great for get togethers, everybody oohs and ahhs over it.
