Some people were originally thinking the standard Weber plate was too small, but obviously not !!!!!!

12" or so is perfect in my opinion.  Me, my wife and two kids eat two pies and have leftovers usually...and these are st. Louis style cracker crust.

Ill post the dough if anyone is interested.  Can be started and done 15minutes.
